A series of information days were held over the first half of
2006 bringing together small groups of landholders from different
circumstances to introduce the WaterSmart Pastoral
Production™ project and to find out from them :
- How they manage water on their place
- What types of water delivery infrastructure they use
- What works and what causes problems
- What they think is worth the investment
- How they make decisions about the placement of watering
points
- What water management and delivery problems still require
solutions
